Dr. Lawrence Ajayi, the Executive Chairman (GCEO) of LAKEL Gateway and the GCEO and Executive Chairman of LAKEL Group, LIFE LIGHT ENERGY, Faithful Minerals Mining, and JIMAJ ENERGY SERVICES, boasts a remarkable track record of success on a global scale. With a focus on the oil and mining sectors, he obtained his degree in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Port-Harcourt and pursued Business Administration (MBA) studies at London South Bank University. Additionally, he holds a Ph.D. in Ministry and Administration and is currently pursuing a DBA at UBIS Switzerland. Not only is he a qualified Prince 2 Practitioner, but he also possesses extensive experience in business start-ups and 'Managing Successful Projects,' complemented by his NEBOSH 3 Certification in Health and Safety. With over three decades of experience in the oil and gas and mining industries, Dr. Ajayi's role as Group CEO and Executive Chairman involves crucial responsibilities such as making key corporate decisions, managing overall operations and resources, shaping short- and long-term strategies, and communicating on behalf of the companies. He excels in evaluating the work of other executive leaders, maintaining awareness of market landscapes and expansion opportunities, ensuring high corporate social responsibility standards, assessing and mitigating risks, setting measurable strategic goals, and driving maximum results for the companies he oversees.

Mrs Bennita Funmilayo Ajayi

Rev (Mrs.) Bennita Funmilayo Ajayi is the Executive Director of Finance of the company, She has a degree in public administration and SCQF8 in Scotland, United Kingdom, She started her work life two decades ago as a finance and administrative officer with Dangote group in Lagos Nigeria, and has engaged in numerous secretarial studies, and financial and senior managerial courses and worked as company secretary in LAKEL Group for over a decade before her appointment as executive director of finance in the company and she currently sits on the board of several other companies both in Nigeria and Overseas.

Sinmi Adeoye Esene

Chief Executive Officer
Sinmi Adeoye Esene is the Chief Executive Officer of LAKEL GATEWAY, Sinmi Adeoye-Esene, is also the driving force behind Daniola Corporation. She builds the strategy of LAKEL Gateway IT and Tech enterprise, she co-makes decisions at the highest level with the GCEO and other Directors, she executes tasks and responsibilities depending on the nature of the startup and mega projects. She inspires and generates ideas and motivates employees to realize them. She participates in managing development processes and quality assurance programs and strategizing process improvements. Sinmi Adeoye Esene includes communication with investors, she outlines the company’s aims and sets the strategy and plans for achieving them motivates the team toward the required goals of the company, and is responsible for the sound direction of the company and needs oversight of aspects such as cash flow, budgeting, and revenue forecasting.
